Q: Who is responsible for the return shipping fee?

 

A: COBANA products are covered by a limited one-year warranty, unless otherwise noted. The warranty starts at the day of receipt. Please contact our Customer Care team before returning any product under warranty

COBANA will be responsible for the return shipping cost if

> Your item has a manufacturing defect or is damaged in transit
> You receive the wrong product(s) due to warehouse shipping error
> The product(s) is lost in transit
* Please keep all packaging, take detailed photos of the defects, damages or wrong box(es). We will send you a prepaid shipping label that you need to help to print and stick on the box. All we ask of you is to send us your address and available time to pick up your item

However, we still hope to work with you for a better solution rather than returning. We're here to help. So, if you have any question, please email our Customer Service

Customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost if

> You do not like the product(s) after receiving it(them)
> You no longer need the product(s) after receiving it(them)
> You bought the products by mistake but you have received it(them)
