ORDER DELIVERY TIME
Some of our products will arrive in 2-5 cartons. All cartons leave our warehouse at the same time, but occasionally parcels are delayed due to circumstances beyond our control. Please be patient and understand you may receive the cartons separately. If they do not all arrive within 2 business days after you receive the first carton, please contact our Customer Care team. We will resolve the issue for you as quickly as we can.
RETURN AND EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you're not totally satisfied and wish to make a return please email us before returning any product under warranty. You may return unused item within 30 days of receipt, and make sure the item must be in sellable condition with original packaging and should include all supplied materials, instructions, hardware and accessories provided. You will receive your refund once the item is collected. Please allow 1-2 weeks for processing.
If the item is defective or damaged upon arrival, we will gladly replace it for you. Please keep all packaging, take detailed photos of the damage and contact us. All we ask of you is to send us your address and available time to pick up your item. We will resend new item to you at once. We stand behind our products and services. We want you to have complete satisfaction with COBANA.
